Help others with your time and talents
Through the gracious donation of their time and talents, volunteers make it possible for Arubah Clinic to fulfill its mission. One volunteer shared, ’this is best job I was never paid to do!’
Arubah’s volunteers are categorized as either Patient Care or Patient Support. Patient Care Volunteers provide direct health care to patients and Patient Support Volunteers give of their time in supporting and furthering the clinic’s mission without providing direct health care. Our volunteers are the key to Arubah’s success, so whether you serve once a month, once a week or simply a few hours over the course of a year, it makes a big impact.
Here are a few simple steps to help you get started.
Step 1: email Volunteer Coordinator Mallory Hamilton at Mallory@arubahclinic.com.
Step 2: Attend a Volunteer Orientation

Medical Volunteers: Use your medical expertise (Doctors, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Nurse Assistants, Physician Assistant, etc.) to serve the community by volunteering to provide quality health care in a primary care setting to our patients.
Prayer Volunteers: Everything we do at Arubah is made possible through prayer. Our prayer volunteers pray for the ministry, for written prayer requests, and with patients.
Administrative Volunteers: If you are gifted in administration and clerical skills, help us greet and register patients upon their arrival and contact patients to make appointments.
Patient Advocate Volunteers: Work with patients connecting them with necessary services for which they might qualify and making referrals to local community agencies.
Dental Volunteers: Dentists, Hygienists and Dental Assistants all work together in our dental facility to provide cleanings, fillings and extractions to our patients. (Coming Soon)
Meal Volunteers- each clinic night we serve a meal to each of our clinic volunteers working that evening. We rely on supporters to provide these meals or donate towards the purchase of these meals. We usually feed approximately 10 volunteers two evenings per week. If you would like to sign up to assist with these meals please go to: Take Them a Meal
