Who We Serve

We are seeking to provide care for and serve those who otherwise would have no access to medical care.

Any individual who does not have private or government funded medical insurance is eligible.  If a patient qualifies for a government or private insurance (see list below), the Clinic will refer the patient to the appropriate agency for enrollment.

• Private Health Insurance

The clinics desire is to treat every patient with or without insurance, on their first visit. Referral sources will be identified and coordinated from supporting hospitals and other health service organizations to enhance the care for our patients.

*Depending on the requirements or limitations of funding sources available to the Clinic, eligibility criteria may be modified.
